My boss and I disagree on pregnancy & work. She feels as if a pregnant woman should work more hours and until her water breaks. She's never been pregnant. She also works 60hours a week and has no children. I on the other hand come from a family who believes a pregnant woman should take it easy and should rest about a month before labor. I also have a 3year old son. Now I'm afraid to even tell her I'm pregnant and ask for an extra day off through out the week. According to the government  I'm an independent contractor (Nail Technician). I already work 50hours and I don't know if I can do this 9months pregnant with a 3year old also. :/
