4 weeks pregnant and fell

I am 4 weeks pregnant and fell down my stairs this morning - hit the stairs on my butt and went down the stairs on my back....is my baby ok?!?! My back is sore and there is rug burn, but no more than the regular cramping I have been experiencing. I'm going to my obgyn on Mon for lab work to confirm pregnancy - I had 7 BFP at home.
