Long Cycles - possible to shorten?
Hi! I have very long cycles... 44 days. I'm wondering if anyone has had success in shortening by using vitex or anything else? My guess is it's a hormonal imbalance ... I had tested for high prolactin in the past which might be a factor. I tested negative for PCOS.
At this rate w a cycle so long it feels like TTC will take forever!!
