It doesn't matter!! I had IVF and I got up immediately to pee after the egg transfer. The dr said it's the same as sex, because it only takes a second for the sperm to get where it needs to be. But if putting your legs up or having sex with you on your head makes you feel better go for it.

Doesn't matter. Sperm only takes a few seconds to go where it's ment to go. First time I put my legs up coz that's what everyone told me. Second time it was just a quicky and I just went to sleep after.
