Blood work

I went to the Dr yesterday to get a pap smear but she didn't end up doing one, she just Did some blood work to check my kidneys and ovaries, I just got a Call today that she wanted to see me in the morning and discuss my blood work..I'm freaking out...what all could it be! prayers please
