What can't I eat? 4 weeks pregnant with my first and I've been told I can't have mayonnaise? Is this true cause I'm gutted ?

You can eat mayo like heinz or helmans, you just can't have fresh unpasteurized mayo.

I have two kids and def ate mayo while I was pregnant and my kids are both fine and healthy! Also ate turkey lunch meat at least once a week, I did heat it up but still ate it a lot.

U can eat whatever u want.  I think ppl go way over board on these topics. Any thing in moderation is fine. Besides the obvious smoking n alcohol lol

You can store bought mayo! You just can't have "real" mayo because it's made with a raw egg yolk.

Processed deli meats (unless Heated up), raw fish, Swordfish, shark, caffeine, alcohol lol

Mayonaise , salad cream , fried egg with raw yolk , liver , under cooked meat , soft cheese . U cant have any of these .?
