I can feel my uterus 11+3

Sierra • Mother to a 5 year old little girl and pregnant with my second child :) happily engaged
I can feel my uterus well above my pubic bone while standing or laying down. It's about halfway to my belly button. Is this because this isn't my 1st pregnancy?? Anyone else have this too?
