Just out of curiosity are there any ladies out there vegetarians that had to switch up your diet since being pregnant?? I haven't had a chance to speak with my doctor about my lifestyle of being a vegetarian, but for the most part I eat pretty healthy and make sure I get all the essential nurtients! What did your doctor tell you about being a vegetarian and pregnant? Is it safe for the baby? Even if you're not a vegetarian what are your thoughts about being one while pregnant??
