I had a missed miscarriage in august and had a D&C done, I've had two normal periods in between and I finally got pregnant again, I thought it would never happen again... took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was positive, according to everything else I'm 4 weeks today. Any advice or tips on this go around. My Dr is supposed to monitor me close by and put me on progesterone also.
