Help! Unwanted weight loss?

Okay so I'll start from the beginning. I'm still growing, "developing" and getting a little curvier. (Or atleast I should be) i used to weight 125 pounds, I'm 5'4", and I I have very little noticeable body fat. My thighs used to completely touch, and now they don't.  Even when I don't stretch, you can kinda see my ribs. It's not extremely noticeable, but i can notice it without extremly focusing. Since last month I lost 5 pounds. I feel like my breasts have gotten slightly smaller, and my waist has also. I'm confused, because it's not like I'm dieting, or exercising more, but it happened. Please help :(
