Family doctor?

I am so miserable. I haven't kept ANYTHING (not even water) down for 4 days now. I am shaky and weak and just feel so horrible. I cannot go to my OB because I'm waiting on Medicaid approval. Do you think my family doctor could/would prescribe me zofran? And yes I have tried everything else. This is my second pregnancy and my first was exactly like this. Zofran was the only thing that helped. I feel like I am dying. Do any of you ladies have any insight?
