Is it possible to lose weight in your boobs?

I am 5'3 and my boobs are a size 34C. I feel like I pack boulders around on my chest. I'd love to lose a cup size. I've even considered getting a reduction because of back pain. Is there any way to lose weight or go down a size or two without a reduction?

Run a lot! I used to be a C and now I'm an A! I was 155lbs and now I'm 125. My boobs got smaller with my body lol.

I’m 5ft and I used to be a 8K (not sure what size that converts to, but I’m Australian). I lost a heap of weight (30kgs) and my boobs didn’t budge. I’ve maintained keeping that weight off for about 2 years now and only in the last 5-6 months they have gradually decreased to a 8H. I have far less back pain but I will admit I wish I didn’t lose them, I have so, so much loose skin there now. It honestly bothers me more than the back pains did.

Sometimes looosng weight will not help. I used to be a size 16 when I had large boobs. My boobs were a size 38 J. Everyone told me if I lost weight my boobs will go too. So I lost weight down to a size 8/10 My boobs did not go, it only made carrying them around harder as this made them a 31 L. I had a reduction when I was 14 to a 36 DD (as I put the weight back in as it helped backpain) now I'm 18 32 G and still happy. Sometimes weight can be a factor, but not always. Sometimes you just have big boobs.

Run. I notice when I lose weight the first to go is the boobs. Running will help though. I have a 38DD and omfg they are so heavy and I literally hate them. I wish I was a C cup.

Definitely, I lost 40 pounds and my boobs and butt were the first things to go haha. I went down over a full cup size and 3 pants sizes.
