No sane human being is purposely going to purposely get pregnant and abort the fetus for stem cells. They can be harvested in different ways anyway.

You can also get stem cells from the umbilical cord or something. Or maybe the fluid? It doesn't have to be from a fetus. Right?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't stem cells harvested from cells from "blastocysts" which are only 3-5 days old.. Therefore kind of impossible to know its in there that early, soooo it would literally have to be planned out if someone was going to get pregnant just to abort for research?

Also, I thought there was a law stating only embryos/blastocysts that are created during in vitro fertilization so it was never implanted to begin with anyways?
