Heating pad???

I'm almost 6 weeks preggers and I have been using a heating pad a lot cause my back hurts. Now I just read you aren't supposed to. Ughhh now I'm flipping out and panicking. Advice please.

As long as it's not on or around your belly your okay! Congrats!

I use an electric blanket and heating pad when needed. My dr advised the heating pad because I had terrible sciatica with my first. She is perfectly healthy! Just don't get over heated!

I use heat pads on my back my doctor told me they are the best. Just don't overheat bump.
