Urinating after sex does is affect pregnancy?

My husband and I trying to get pregnant. After sex I always have to pee, does that affect my chances of pregnancy? I'm sure it is a dumb question

No. The sperm only need a few seconds to get where they need to go. If you're really worried you can lie there for a few mins after (probably an old wives tale but I did when I had time) but going pee after is a good thing because it reduces your risk for a UTI.

No your urethra  is above your vagina.  So peeing after sex doesn't decrease pregnancy.

If you are trying to get pregnant and you are unsure if that decreases your chances, just lie there with ur legs up on your head board after you've finished having sex for like 30 minutes so that you can help get as much sperm as you can through your cervix,
