Anyone wanna share their labor story ? I'm due on November 20th and was wanting to hear some labor stories(:

I had my daughter in 2012.
My MIL and I walked 12 miles in the week leading up to my appointment. When I saw my doctor on Friday, he told me I was dilated 1 cm and that the baby hadn't dropped.

Since I was due on new year's, I had scheduled my induction appointment for after the holiday.

On Sunday, I was eating dinner... And I felt funny. No pain. And I kept feeling like I was wet in my underwear. I was told that I only needed to go to the hospital if my water had broke, or if my contractions were 2-5 minutes apart. Well, with contractions 20 minutes apart, and no definite water break... I didn't want to go. I didn't want to be turned away and sent home.

My guy suggests that maybe my bag was leaking... But not completely broken. I signed in at the hospital at 808pm. The nurse checked me and said...

"well, your bag is fully intact..."

Shit. I'm going home.

" But , you are at a 7 and its time to admit you. Would you like an epidural...?"

I didn't feel any pain, but still got the epidural. (which slowed every thing down) I was comfortable, and was able to enjoy my experience. 12 hours later, I gave birth to my daughter.

I felt a little gush at 1:47am and thought I peed myself went to the bathroom to pee, as soon as I walked out my water broke. Woke up hubby, hospital was 40 minutes away. Got in the car, contractions started and was every minute. About 10 minutes from the hospital I had to push and then I did. Baby was crowning, got to the hospitals light (which was red!) pushed again, her head came out and hubby told me to wait, we got to the hospital. He parked and I pushed when he got to the passenger side and he caught her. :) best moment/experience ever.

My daughter was due December 31st, 2012. I went into preterm labor at 23 weeks ugh contractions 2 minutes apart. The oncall OB gave me a special shot in my shoulder that is supposed to stop my contractions till I'm at least in the 30 week safe zone which worked. On December 11th I called my OB because I wasn't feeling my little one move anymore and she did an ultrasound and it showed that she was no longer getting enough blood flow from the cord so my OB Admitees me into the hospital for an Emergency induction on December 12, 2012. After my water broke they lost her heart beat and couldn't find it anymore so they pwheeled me into the OR for an emergency c-section and as soon as they were about to begin the incision her heart beat  and back up so they let me have her vaginalky. Took 10 minutes to push her out and she is such a healthy baby girl! My little 12/12/12 miracle baby.

I felt contraction at 5 am but not regular.  I fell asleep until 6h30 and wake up with still contractions... Hubby went to work, and said to call him if it´s get closer. He had a client at 10h, he disńt want to miss. 
​So i was doing laundry and cleaning because I knew I wasn't going to be home for couple of  days. By 10h30 i call saying it was every 15-17 minutes apart contractions. By the way, did I mentionned it was the third child??
​By the time hubby came home it was around 11h30. We left for the hospital at 11h55 which  is an hour away... Arrived at the hospital at 12h55. Contractions were at 5 min apart. The nurse who was in charge of me said don't worry go to the bathroom will have a room ready for you... I went to the bathroom to pee and it was just blood. The nurse said I will examine tou to see how dilated you are... I was at ten cm and ready to push. Baby boy was born at 13h21...

Super healthy pregnancy. I was 36 weeks (12/16/10 due 1/13/11). Was put on bed rest for high blood pressure. Three days later I felt worse, hadn't been out of bed all day. Called doc, he had me go to the hospital to get checked out. They admitted me for high blood pressure and dehydration. Did a 24hr urine test Monday. My protein levels came back at 950/200. I had toximia. They kept me in the hospital on bed rest until Dr induced me Thursday at 37weeks. Pitocin started at 500am, broke my water at noon. Sucky epidural about 230/3pm. Fully dilated and ready to push at 5pm. Son was born 12/23/10 5:28pm 6lb13.2oz 18 3/4 in long. We were at the hospital 2 more days and came home on Christmas.

It wasn't what I had hoped for but in the best interest of my baby and myself, we did what we needed to do.

Answer

- I had sweep on Monday at 41+3 days.
- Lost mucus plug Tuesday morning.
- Had first contraction at 10pm Tuesday 15th March 2011. 
- They started straight away at 5 mins apart last 40-50secs. 
- Went hospital at 6am on 16th March and was 5cm dilated and 90% effaced. 
- Had water broke at 2pm 16th March. 
- Was having a back to back labour so was trying To keep as active as possible and let gravity help. 
- Was 10cm at 12:01am midnight on 17th March and began to push.
- Gave birth to my 9lbs baby girl at 12:24am on 17th March 2011. 
- Tore really bad (3rd degree) and hemoraged so needed stiches and IV fluids and blood transfusion.
