I'm 16 weeks pregnant...how many months pregnant am I?

If you're trying to figure out in terms of from point of conception and 16 weeks is calculated based on last AF, then I'd say you are 4 months.  Keep in mind that you're pregnant for 10 months, not 9.  Why do they always say 9 months later?  Is it cause you don't know you're pregnant till basically the next month?
