Has anyone else felt really insecure about their looks while pregnant? I've never been confident in how I look but lately I've felt worse about it. I'm ballooning out more every week. I love my son already and can't wait to meet him but I'm also worried about how horrible I will look once he's here. I know this sounds horribly vain and shallow. I can't help the way I feel. My friends have had kids and all of them look amazing or even better than before they were pregnant.
