Hi everyone. I had a question about eligibility. Currently I make 21,000 a year at my job. My boyfriend makes 33,000 at his. We are not married and are expecting our first child. We live in Indiana where the law states that he has no right to the child until a paternity test is performed. I'm worried that I will not qualify for Medicaid because of his income. I feel that his income shouldn't matter because we are not married, and technically he is not tied to this child and is simply a "roomate". Will his info affect my chance at medical coverage  since they ask about household incomes?
