Bloated... Like a walrus!

I know the first few months, with the different rising hormone levels, I should feel bloated, but things are getting ridiculous! I eat clean, drink plenty of fluids, stay away from salt, and exercise but I am bloated and feel more like a balloon than a woman. I always imagined I would have "the glow" but, I look horrible (my face is even so puffy).  Are there any tips to reduce bloat or what is too much where I should contact my physician??
