I've been having pelvic and vaginal pain all day. It came on suddenly and is getting worse. It feels like horrible menstrual cramps times a thousand. I ended my period on the 10th. I also am feeling a pressure sensation in my urethra. Its worse when I urinate or have a bm. I've tried taking a hot bath and its not helping. I've had bladder infections in the past and this doesn't feel like that. Any ideas on what it may be without running to the doctor right away?
