How do you track your cycle days?

I know it sounds stupid but I have no idea how to track them and I'm curious so..thank you.

The first day of your period starts cycle day 1 and a new cycle doesn't start until your next period.

I think if you want to track your cycle you should use fertility friend. It does most of the work for you. You put in what day you start AF and add every day your on it. Then you can check your cm and mark that down and then when AF starts again fertility friend will tell you your days you will most likely ovulate and how long your cycles are they also have all kinds of "classes" that can give you way more info when you want them.

Here's an example of my chart I am currently on cycle day 20 at 5 dpo. The first day of my people was October 31st so that was cycle day 1.
