What would an ectopic feel like?

Hi all, I'm having some pains and symptoms and want to know what an ectopic feels like. Iv not had bleeding but I hear that it's not always common. Seeing midwife tomoro anyway but curious to hear your experiences please if you would share

My ruptured ectopic had ZERO symptoms until it ruptured and I went into shock. If you are concerned even a little, I would see the OB/GYN like, yesterday to monitor Hcg levels. That's the only way to really diagnose an ectopic (and of course an ultrasound)

I didn't have any bleeding with my ectopic or any signs. I got out the shower one night and the pain hit me on my left side it felt deep from front to back and I struggled to talk through the pain it's that bad.

I had cramping pain with my ectopic, it was like all over my stomach... But I really knew something was wrong when I started bleeding. If you're worried, call your dr or midwife and try to get a u/so scan done. Good luck! Xx
