Chiropractic and fertility

I've been to the chiropractic this morning for my back problem after doing bootcamp yesterday and the doctor said that I have to do many sessions. But most important thing is the chiropractic helps to improve the fertility and many women (with infertility problems) get pregnant after doing that. (When I was a kid I fell on the sacrum snowboarding. I had pain at that time but I have completely removed from my mind for this years and I know the ovaries is closely connected to the sacrum...) and here I am:

Does anyone have any personal experience with a chiropractic? Do you believe it? Please let me know because I'm taking in consideration this treatments as well.
