HSG and Extra Fertile

Hello ladies! Today I had the HSG (tubal flush) done. I had about 3 minutes of pretty severe cramping, but according to the x-ray my uterus is a good shape and my tubes are clear. I just wanted to see if anyone else out there has had it done and what your results were? BFP afterwards? Thank you!
