I read online it could mean one is dehydrated but I'm not sure. Anyone know what it could mean? I also started antibiotics a few days ago..

Normally if you're craving something, there's a biological need behind it. Like pica for example, you crave dirt or soil bc you are lacking a mineral of some sort. If you want salt, allow yourself to indeuldge without totally blowing your recommended daily amount of salt through the roof.
