So me and my ex girlfriend broke up about a month ago because I wasn't  sure I liked how serious things were getting. But of course I regret it and miss her so. But I'm not sure if reaching out and trying is the right thing. Any advice??

Reach out to her!! You don't want to spend the rest of your life thinking "what if..."

Sometimes it takes making a mistake to realize you wanted what you had. Hopefully you'll get a second chance.  But don't expect her to be okay right away. She may need time to make a decision, or to get over being hurt.
