IUIs with endo
I have an endometrioma on each ovary, as seen via ultrasound. The doctors do not rec a lap because it could damage the ovaries too much. The endometriomas are the cause of my infertility. My DH is fine, my tubes are clear, and I'm ovulating.
I've done 5 IUIs. I take 5 days of letrozole, 7.5 is the dosage, between cycle days 3-7 or 4-8. Then an ovidrel trigger on cycle day 12 or 13. The follicles have been good every time: between 1-4 mature ones. The <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> is on the day following the trigger, about 20-24 hours later. The first four IUIs failed and I'm waiting to find out with the fifth one, but I'm not too hopeful. My chances, the doc says, are less than 10% with <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> now since I've had so many failed ones.
