To all the girls that got there heart broken by a low-life cheating guy. How did you stop hurting? How did you stop crying? Do you ever miss them? Do you have any advice to help me get through this without him ruining my life?

It's always hard and if you need to cry then cry. Throw things, get your anger out! When you're ready you'll get over him. I don't care what any female says- every female has been cheated on. Find ways to keep busy and one day you'll find your way. In the end you'll look back and ask yourself why you cried and you'll be happy he's gone. Good luck and remember somebody loves you?

I was with a guy who cheated on me. I was carrying his second child my first. He lied and said he didn't but all of the evidence was in his phone. I honestly got over it in a couple of days. I know that I didn't deserve it and I wasn't going to continue to go through it. Find a new activity that you have been wanting to do, go out with friends and try to avoid doing things you both did together. Good luck

It's never an easy thing to deal with. I've been cheated on twice by two different boyfriends so. I know the feeling of feeling like your heart dropped into your gut and all you want to do is throw up and cry. Honestly it's so hard to get through it and get over them because the feeling of rejection is so intense. But for me, I had to keep reminding myself over and over again how shitty of a person they are and how they hurt me. Take it day by day and soon enough you'll go a month without talking. Then 2 months. Eventually the memories (good ones you had) will become so distant that they will effect you less and less.

Stay busy. Keep your mind active on different things. Pick up a hobby. Go to the gym. Just don't let yourself sit alone at home and think.

You'll be totally fine. Just stay strong and know you deserve so much better.
