AF is late.

Okay guy's here we go again. I'm using an app on my phone to track my period. Well I just looked on this app and I just realized I'm 11 days late. I use this app a lot to track my period. Well two days this week I was spotting like very little. But it never lasted all day just like 15 minutes or so. Both days. I guess I'm kinda scared to take a test and it comes out bfn. Any advice is appreciated thanks in advance.
