Prenatal Chiro?

I'll be 32 weeks tomorrow & I'm experiencing PSD & Sciatica... Has anyone experienced this & tried a prenatal chiropractor? If so, how was the experience? If not, what other ways have you tried combating the pain?

I see a chiropractor every 2 weeks! It's been a life saver for my back hips and legs. I recommend it for every Momma to be lady.

I'll be 32 weeks tomorrow myself, and yesterday I had my first spine physical therapy appointment for back pain (I had fallen on my tailbone a few years ago, and the pain is resurfacing). So far, I can tell that it will be an immense help even after just the first visit where the gal "reset" my pubic bone, massages a couple areas, and gave me stretches to do.
