Thicker eye lashes??

How do I make my eye lashes thicker? Is there a good supplement out there that works? I know eating healthy works but I'd love to have my thicker eye lashes back again... Any suggestions

I suggest both. There's also fiber mascaras and I've heard of people applying Vaseline or coconut oil to their lashes but I don't know how safe that is. There's also Latisse if you want to spend the money and Rapid Lash.

I take hair skin and nails while also applying some Vaseline 3-4 times a week. Also make sure when you go to bed you wash off your make up. If you go to bed with even a little mascara on it can make you eye lashes brittle and easily break off making them shorter.

It's probably a mixture of both. I take a biotin supplement with my multivitamin everyday, as well as fish oil. I believe it's helped improve my hair and skin, including my lashes. :)

I rubbed a thin layer of coconut oil on my lashes nightly w| a q-tip. they were fuller & so much nicer.
