Anybody Ketogenic?

I follow a ketogenic lifestyle and was wondering if anyone else on Glow was as well.

I don't personally, but I have a couple friends that have lost a lot of weight that way. Just be careful because I read that are detrimental long term health effects if you follow a ketogenic diet for a long period of time.

I'm late to the game but I did last year.  Dh and i lost 40 pounds each,  we had some stuff happen in September and majorly fell off the wagon and are finally ready to rededicate ourselves.  I had very few migraines while on it,  no loner relied on sleeping pills, felt amazing plus dropped weight like it was nothing!

Myself, & both my parents are. I haven't followed it for the last week & a half because I just got 2 teeth out & couldn't eat anything but soft foods like yogurt etc. I'm getting back on it though as of the weekend.

Hey Leanna, are you still around? I was wondering if someone who has high cholesterol would be okay to be on a ketogenics diet? I've done some reading, but I am a bit concerned on whether it's right for me or not?
