CPS HELP!

Yesterday my mom said my daughter said my bf touched her butt I get to pick her up and we argue about it and to calm her nerves and mine my bf drove us to the ER there they started a case called CPS and law enforcement examined my daughter and what not the cop took notes and now my bf and I got at it we live together and as of today I have left we decided to take a break wait for the results and let this ride smooth by not stressing eachother our and what not.. how long does this process take? Cause now that I'm moving out back to my parents cps said good thing I voluntarily left or they would have removed my child!:( so she says I shouldn't go back until the case is over and then I fix things with my bf and then introduce my bf back into daughters life dating for one year ttc and she loves him so much she calls him daddy and I'm always with her I don't know where she got these allegations from my mom sometimes acknowledges them and my daughter will answer yes or agree with her to make her grandma happy or say what she wants to hear...I also do want to take precautions with my bf and see where this goes..I'm so lost tired upset suggestions???? Advice??? Help me please
