Is this weird?

So my boyfriends twin brother just asked me if I would shave the back of his neck for him! Lol and keep in mind my boyfriend nor me for that matter really like to be around him because he is a dick but he lives with us so it is what it is. I obviously said no and laughed and told him go get a haircut or a girlfriend to do it for you lol what would you have done in this situation? Do you think your boyfriend would be ok with you giving his brother he doesn't really get along with help shaving the back of his neck? Lol
