Twins??

 So this is the picture the sonogram tech gave me that she said she was sure was 2.  Anyone else able to tell from this?  She said it looks like 2 right on top of each other.  And in the same sac. We saw 2 heartbeats. She said it is very hard to detect these type of twins (in the same sac) this early.  Just have to wait it out until my next appointment January 6th!   That's gonna be pure torture not knowing one way or the other.
