Morning sickness already?!

I'm 4-5 weeks pregnant and am having tons of symptoms (most are similar to period symptoms) but I just woke up feeling awful and ran to the bathroom feeling like I was going to pass out. I ended up throwing up and am currently cuddled up on the bathroom by the trash can.. Please tell me this is not morning sickness already...

My morning sickness started at 4 weeks 6 days and still going strong at 7 weeks.

Could be I've been sick,nauseous and vomiting since 10dpo and still am so?It can start that soon... I actually tested on 10dpo with midday urine because I was so sick and got a very strong positive? Hope you feel better soon x

I had it at 5-6 weeks and unfortunately it turned out to be hyperemesis (extreme morning sickness where you get very dehydrated). I really hope you don't get that!! Hopefully it's just a one off :)
