Twins maybe?

So I'm 10 weeks and have a little bump already! Been suffering terribly with hyperemesis gravidarum since 6 weeks which the doctor says is early and all the sickness and high ketones is a sign of a multiple pregnancy.

Anyone else had this and found out their having twins?

I'm having twins and have almost no morning sickness. Everybody is different.

Hyperemesis starts for a lot of people almost as soon as implantation happens. This is my 2nd time with HG. Both single pregnancies. I've been hospitalised once and on bed rest since 6 weeks. I'm now 14w2 and in still throwing up x

I am 11 weeks and am in the same position.  Worried I am going to be put on bed rest
