Is it normal (FAM people help)

I had a couple of dry days after fertile days then like a couple days after my cm is watery and clear? I heard while reading FAM it happens but just want to make sure. I'm using FAM along with condoms,sponge(sometimes, it cost a lot) and withdrawal(only after he pees many times and manytimes with the sponge)
