Ultrasound at 7 weeks?

Is it possible to have your first ultrasound at 7 weeks is it too early?
What weeks you had your's done?

My first ultrasound was at 7w3. Heard the heartbeat and everything! It was beautiful. Definitely not too early. It just looks like a little bean in there.

yes you can! you won't see much most of the time but it's been done before. I think the heartbeat comes later. I hd to wait until 10 weeks and it was so worth it, baby looked giant and everything was clear and heard and saw heartbeat!

I had a viability scan at 7+1 bc of cramping and was shown the little peanut, and we got to see and hear the heartbeat!

Mine was at 7 weeks because I had no idea when my last period was. I made the appointment for 4 weeks after I found out and it just happened to fall short of 8 weeks.

I had an intrauterine ultrasound at 7 weeks and my friend had a regular ultrasound at 7 weeks - both were able to pick up heartbeat and we both were able to see our babies.

I had one at 7 weeks to check on some spotting. Couldn't hear the heart beat but I could see it. :)
