I've been extremely constipated and beleveive(I know) I have fecal impatation. Is there anything I can do other then enama or shoving my/someone else's fingers up there to get it out? Anything I can eat or drink that's safe for the baby? It's extremely uncomfortable and I tried getting it out myself but now it's starting to bleed a little and it hurts! I've never wanted to poop so bad in my life. :(
