Hypothyroid 3rd trimester

My hypothyroid has been under control all pregnancy (around 2 on Levo). I'm 28 weeks and found out it went up to 3.5. My endocrinologist wants it to be under 2.5. I know there are risks in the 1st trimester, but what about 3 rd? Anyone have issues like preeclampsia or anything thing else in the 3rd trimester?
