BBT Times?

I take my BBT every morning (between 6 and 7:30am). Does it make a difference if it's not the same time every day ( example: yesterday I tested at 6:15 am and today tested at 7:23am)?

My time varies about the same but I think my chart looks normal.

Some women find that as long as they get at least three hours rest they are able to see a thermal shift.

Some women find that they need to take their temp at the same time to see a thermal shift.

To be on the safe start out with a 30 minute window.

I think about 30 min diff is all it should be at most time does play a factor
