Had our first ultrasound at 10 weeks on Dec. 23rd! She was jumping all around <3 and look at that big brain! Have a feeling it's a little baby girl in there!

What does this mean?? Something bleed in the placenta? I don't get it? I'm not bleeding or spotting at all never did this pregnancy. As of today I'm 9w5d. Can someone help me here on what this means?
