Maternity Clothes ?

Question

When did you start buying maternity clothes?
 I just found out I was pregnant.  According to the DD calculator I'm 5 weeks today. My pants already feel tight from bloating. I got a gift card and was thinking about using it to buy maternity clothes so I had them when I needed them. Thoughts please.

Im bloated as ever, and I have moved to all yoga pants or loose clothing. I've bought a new maternity shirts. Going to try and hold out as long as possible. I'm currently 5 weeks and the bloat is evil!

Just got a bunch of maternity clothes at 17 weeks and they are SOOO much more comfortable.

I had to start wearing my maternity clothes already because all the tricks to make my dress slacks last longer didn't work. Plus they don't hurt when I'm completely bloated.

I was pretty bloated at 7 weeks until about 10 weeks during that time I just used a hair tie to keep my pants closed or I wore yoga/gym stuff. It went away and I was comfortable in my normal clothes until 25 weeks I just cracked yesterday and bought some maternity stuff. But everyone is different with when they get uncomfortable and when they need to start wearing maternity stuff.

I just bought a bunch (at 19 weeks) and they are so comfortable! My husband thinks i look silly with the maternity band over my belly lol but I love it! Before this, it was sweatpants, the rubber band trick, and skirts. And it's a great time of year too for hoodies to mask the bloat, which was basically a way of life for me before I was big enough for maternity stuff lol

I use the pony tail trick! Works like a charm! Lol just loop a pony tail around your button then pull it through the button slit and back on the button!

I am very bloated too. Now 9 weeks and starting to get a belly I guess. Will try with a belly belt now and then switch to maternity clothes in a couple of weeks I guess.

You can also look into getting a Bella band!!
