Lumps on back???

Hi guys waiting on doctors appointment but i recently discovered a lump about an inch in size on the bottom right hand side of my back near my spine it moves around when touched and is painless i have just found another that is a few inches above it its half an inch in size also moves around but is uncomfortable to touch almost like a bruise?? Any ideas??

What did you find out? I have these on both sides of my low back. My own research points to “back mice” which is herniated fat. I have an appointment scheduled next month but was wondering what you found out.

My mom has one on her back and her doctor said it was a little fat pocket.

I have anxiety issues and I get them in my neck and shoulders. If I go get a massage the work them out for me.

Let me know what you find out! I recently discover something similar on my lower back.. It also moves and doesn't hurt.. I asked the doctor a while back about a lump on my daughters head.. She said as long as it moves.. Doesn't hurt.. And doesn't grow then it's probably nothing to worry about.. Good idea to get checked out tho!
