Has anyone tried this ovulation kit and if so does it work?

This is my first month using this kit. My friend recommended it to me. She had fertility issues and tried for years to get pregnant. Then she bought and used this monitor and was pregnant within a couple of months. She found out she was ovulating late around day 19 of her cycle.  She recommended it highly. I'm only on day ten of using it, so I can't really say too much other than her recommendation and the fact that it had great reviews online.
