I just noticed a red bump on the right lip of my vagina it hurts to the touch and tmi but im a little hairy down there like not alot but some and I bern spotting lately (no full periods) and I also take a hot steaming shoer evrry two or three days I need help im in a honest relationship and I wanted to know if its normal or if I should get it checked it does not itch.
