Pregnant after infertility & miscarriages?

I am finally pregnant for the 3rd time (no living children) after IUI #3 and scared to death. I also have a 6 wk and 16 wk miscarriage under my belt as well. This pregnancy has been so stressed as I am constantly having anxiety thinking the baby isn't ok I'm going to lose another. This pregnancy took 2 1/2 years to conceive. I just feel overwhelmed. Anyone else experiencing anything similar?

Are you taking progesterone sups? They are often prescribed for women with a MC history.

How are you doing so far? Pregnancy  after MC is really hard and filled with worry, but even more so if you've also experienced infertility issues. I had no problems getting pregnant with my first (son, 3 years), took about 5 months with my second (baby girl MC at 15 weeks), then took almost two years and 6 IUIs for my third pregnancy. I'm now 28 weeks and going strong. I still worry, there's no way not to, but I try to focus on the positive so I can enjoy every moment of this pregnancy. It will likely be my last, so it's important to me to make it memorable and happy.

I've had a mc and a cp and this is my third preg too. I have just made it to 12 weeks and saw bub on a scan yesterday :) I have been so nervous till now because I have had few symptoms, mainly fatigue but only low level nausea no vomiting and only sore boobs for a couple of days.. I finally feel like I can trust it is happening but I have panicked myself  to the point of almost blacking out during this first few months. I keep trying to tell myself whatever happens happens and worrying won't change anything, I know it's so hard when you want it so much and losses make it so hard to trust it will ever work out.. I hope you are able to find some reassurance and can enjoy it soon and it all goes smoothly :) XOX

I'm sorry for your loss Hun. I haven't had to deal with a miscarriage and feel lucky for that, but I still felt very anxious at the start of the pregnancy. I think the worry at the start is normal, but I can see that it would make the worrying ten times worse. Good luck xx

Same here. I have two miscarriages under my belt as well. 6 & 8 weeks. Currently pregnant again and I've been super stressed. On top of that I've been bleeding/spotting since 5.4 weeks. My Dr sees me weekly to ensure baby is still growing. I don't think I'll be able to relax until I'm out of the first trimester.
