Infected or no?

I've had this for a couple months now but it still hurts. There's like puss coming out. I don't wanna take it out. Any advice?

I know it's a totally different part of the body but last year I got my ears pierced and I ended up with a really bad infection because of the type of metal they where. I cleaned my ears up and changed to a different type of earring and it been fine since

Call the person who pierced it or go to a doctor. If there's puss and it hurts and it's red, it's probably infected and you should NOT remove the jewelry. Rinse it with peroxide or alcohol, if it gets worse you need to see a doctor to get proper treatment. Infections are super serious, best of luck

Did you try cleaning and disinfecting it twice a day? If there's puss coming out, I would imagine it is infected.
